Rules: The dealer shuffles the deck and deal each player three cards face-up. She places the rest of the deck face-up in front of her.
Starting with the player to the left of the dealer, each player in turn checks her cards for doubles. A double is a card on which the numeral represents the number of dots:
The first player to have a double places it face-up in the center of the table. If no player has a double, each player in turn draws the top card from the deck until a double is drawn. Each player collects the non-double cards that she draws.
After the first double has been played, the next players looks at her cards for one with a numeral that matches the dot half of the first double or a card with dots to match the numeral half of the first double.
