- Materials needed: Decimal dominoes
- How to play: Shuffle the decimal dominoes and deal out an equal number to each player. Players take turns placing a domino on the board, trying to match the decimals to the nearest hundredth. The player with the most dominoes at the end of the game wins.
- “Decimal Roulette”:
- Materials needed: Spinner with decimal values (e.g., 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, etc.), paper and pencil
- How to play: Have the child spin the spinner and round the resulting decimal value to the nearest hundredth. For example, if the spinner lands on 0.23, the child would round it to 0.20. Have the child record the rounded decimal on a piece of paper. Players can take turns spinning the spinner and rounding the decimals. The player with the most correct rounded decimals at the end of the game wins.
- “Decimal Match-Up”:
- Materials needed: Decimal numbers, fractions
- How to play: Have the child match the decimal numbers to the corresponding fractions. Encourage them to discuss the relationship between the decimals and fractions.
- “Decimal Scavenger Hunt”:
- Materials needed: A list of decimals to find (e.g., 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 0.10)
- How to play: Give the child a list of decimals to find in the real world. Encourage them to look for decimals in prices, on a ruler, etc.
- “Fraction Four in a Row”:
- Materials needed: Grid with fractional values, colored checkers
- How to play: Players take turns placing their colored checkers on the grid, trying to get four in a row (vertically, horizontally, or diagonally) by choosing the spaces with the largest fractions.

- Materials needed: Fraction BINGO cards, fraction cards
- How to play: Give each player a BINGO card with fractional values. Draw fraction cards one at a time and have the players mark the corresponding fractions on their BINGO cards. The first player to get five in a row (vertically, horizontally, or diagonally) wins.
